  • What are the system requirements for accessing the course content?

​You'll need a stable internet connection and a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a modern web browser installed.

  • How long will I have access to the course content?

You'll have access to the course content for 12 months if you enroll in the Gold Bundle. For the Platinum Bundle, you’ll have access until you pass the EA exam. 

  • How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, simply select the plan you're interested in, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

  • What happens if I have technical difficulties while taking the course?

  • Is there a deadline for completing the course?

If you don't have a Platinum Bundle plan, you can work at your own pace within the 12-month window provided by our program.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
